I will be submitting my resignation to my woke, big tech company later this week. I will not stand for their values that so strongly oppose my personal belief system. For anyone who is currently in the same situation, I encourage you to challenge your comfortability. This is an employee dominated market right now. You don’t have to settle or compromise yourself.

Before you resign, are you sure there's no way you can use your position to oust just how corrupt Big Tech is? Like forwarding emails to project veritas and such? Just an idea.
I’ve had my eyes peeled for PV. The only thing I’ve seen is where we donate $$$ and the intentions of those organizations. They enforce masks and they’ve recently started talking shot status. I think they’re part of perpetuating the plandemic with all that garbage.
I get what you mean. I want to say i wish you luck with trying to find new employment, but I'm sure you'll do just fine finding something comparative or better.
Thank you. New small business already lined up with a start date and higher pay. 👍
This is the way.
Some liberal will take your place and nothing will change.
You need to fight from the inside till they fire you. This is why we are getting screwed so bad. No balls. Ask for religious exemption then see what they say. If no sue while your on your next gig.
I know what you mean. I’ve been hanging on with this mentality for the past 2 years. I am at the point of resisting the woke bullshit to the point in my own capacity. I talk to my team about believing in God, the government, the fed reserve, etc and I don’t engage in any diversity talk. I have taken opportunities to red-pill libs who’ve been on the wrong end of the woke culture and it has been productive. I have been morally conflicted with being forced to enforce nonsense as a leader in the company. I’ve done my part in the resistance and now I’m done. I’ll continue my fight from the outside and look forward to running for an office next year.
I’m in a fortune 25 company. Internal struggle of fighting the vax mandate and just quitting. I don’t want to work with these ass holes even if I can weasel out of the shit to be honest.
You'll feel better once you leave. I personally just stopped doing anything (except fighting for the Users) at all until they fired me. The day before I knew the hammer would fall I sent the snarkiest Goodbye Letter ever after saying my goodbyes in person to all my friends. It's tough but fuck those guys, anyone in the fortune 25 is almost certainly bad karma to be working for. :)
I left in 2018 with an extremely snarky resignation letter that still warms the cockles of my heart when I think about it. One of my good friends read it and said 'yep that's the Jager I know." My conscience feels a lot better though my pocketbook still wonders what the hell sort of person leaves one of the cushiest jobs in the world. You don't have to go to Veritas like Zach did, just not helping them fuck things up will bring change. Do you have what it takes to leave a cushy job for your principles? If everyone would do it, the system would fall tomorrow.
“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.”
Congrats, and a good reminder.
It absolutely is an employee-dominated market and you'll probably find a new job in a week.
I've never seen the job market like this. I've been interviewing for a few positions lately (to get a raise / get a more interesting position) and the interviews were so odd. Not the typical interview questions - just "Thanks for applying! Please work for us!"
