Recently I started doing a niacin flush routine that I had not done in a couple years. I definitely felt a lot more connected to my body afterwards. It seemed to help. Basically do lions mane and then the niacin that flushes every third day. Take a break after a few times, then see how I feel, etc.
Just tried 3mg melatonin with my 1 gram flush niacin and I barely had any flush. I took a few more melatonin while listening to Dr. Kats. I might need to get some higher mg melatonin. He is making a lot of sense to me. Especially the long covid looks like colon cancer part. 🙏 Thank you for sharing and thank God melatonin and niacin get into the cells quickly!
