I've completely ignored FDA advice way back when drug companies do their own research and testing and FDA just rubber stamps approval. Of course drug companies would pass their own product.

Yet natural herbal supplements were to be banned.

Remember a few years back we were told antibacterial soaps will be discontinued. So I ran out and bought cases of Dial soap because if they say its bad, something else is wrong. Then all of a sudden it got quiet and antibacterial soaps are still ok.
