I was a union carpenter for years. Worked on hundreds of commercial buildings. I can say with 100% certainty that ALL commercial buildings are mandated by county, state and federal codes to be made with fire retardant materials. From the steel, metal studs to the exterior dens glass and interior drywall. Hell, even the blocking in the walls to hang pictures or the protection for the door handles knocking holes in the drywall are made from fireproof wood blocking. The whole narrative is bullshit!!
