I'm an employer with over 100 employees. What do I do?

I know these mandates are new, but are there any sources out there for guidance?

Do nothing. Carry on as normal and wait for someone to tell you otherwise.

Right now, the only person telling you to do something is an old senile guy on TV.

Check with your lawyer. Is there any way to re-structure your business into pieces with 99 employees or fewer each? Would this be a way around the mandate should it be deemed enforceable?
