President Trump was referring to UV light which acts as a disinfectant against the WuFlu virus. He was looking at a scientist at the side of the stage for confirmation that he was relating things correctly as he said this, and the scientist nodded multiple times. The company responsible for the UV disinfectant process is on twitter and has tweeted in more detail about the process.
