Question for anyone in South Arkansas who was affected by yesterday's AT&T outage

Does anyone who live in South Arkansas have any further thoughts on the AT&T and Verizon outage that effected any counties in South Arkansas? I am sure this was a coincidence. I'd still like to see what you guys think.
