Eating a moderate amount of "unhealthy" foods is fine. Free market capitalism has created a wonderous variety of delicious foods of every flavor imaginable. This miracle of free enterprise should not be criticized. A lard whale glugging a case of Coke daily is to blame for her own disgusting figure, not the good people of Coca Cola (whose stock I buy regularly).
