Like the guy on the corner who opens his jacket to 100 hanging stolen watches for sale - how come we've never found an election peddler? Like when Governor Kemp wanted to purchase his role as Gov of Georgia - what phone number did he call and who did he send his check to?

Haha that's the most basic truth I suppose. I mean, imagine you lost your bid to the next guy cause he could pay more. Wouldn't at least one person get all pissed off and tell someone?
