Help required with administering horse paste ivermectin

I've got my hands on two tubes of apple flavored ivermectin but I can't find the saved links I had for the correct administration/dosage. Could someone please share any useful links?

1 gram - about a 1" strip, or two steps on the syringe scale. More or less if you are bigger or smaller than 170 lb adult.
