I didn't meant it in a bad light. Caffeine is not a problem when moderation is apply, but the fact that the ice coffee has high levels of sugar, mix with nicotine and being overweight can be deadly.
Maybe she doesn't have sugar in there. I mean it's likely but I have tea and coffee with just cream and no sugar all the time. I'm overweight and trying to lose weight. Keto let's you have iced coffee with cream without sugar. She might be trying....
But since she was such a Karen and smoking I doubt it.
I have hypothyroid condition and pcos. I was doing strict keto for 2 years before I got pregnant. I lost an initial 30 lbs then it just maintained. And that was with intermittent fasting. I've been thinking I need to try something new now that I'm breastfeeding It's very hard for me to lose weight. Other than severe starvation and zero carbs which I can't currently do, but I'm not sure what to try? Any thoughts for breastfeeding mama's desperate to lose?
