Does America’s Front Line Doctors suggest the same protocol post jab? I couldn’t find any info on their site about it.

There's no positive way to spin this: you're mother's immune system has been permanently crippled and every organ in her body is now flooded with spike proteins.

Yes, zinc, D3, C and Ivermectin will help protect her against the seasonal flu which will now be deadly due to her failed immune system, however it won't help against blood clots.

Also, I'm unsure if taking Ivermectin forever is healthy. Perhaps your mother needs to have a small stockpile of horse-paste so she can consume it at the first hint of the seasonal sniffles.

I'm sorry. I wish I had better news, but that ship has sailed. Better to work through the stages of grief and arrive at acceptance as soon as you can.

Also pray to Jesus Christ for guidance and help.
