Another military friend whos very knowledgeable told me to get to bank immediately. Both branches i went to are closed. Wtf is going on. People inside building but signs saying closed.

Posted in the comments above. First citizens. Localized to NC and SC. ATMs worked at all the locations I was at. Friend in Atlanta went to his local credit union and it was closed.
