He said that it is being mandated by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid services as a condition of reimbursement. I found a document from JAN 6 where they were mandating testing but I haven’t found the conditions of participation document YET. However this explains why hospitals and healthcare facilities are being nazis..most of their funding comes from Medicare and Medicaid which has totally f***ed the medical system.
I pray the medbeds (if real) replace the medical system and be what saves people from whatever they’re force injecting us with😤
I don’t understand any of this. Are you saying Medicare and Medicaid will not reimburse or make payments to medical facilities of people are not vaccinated?
I personally know for a fact that’s not true. My mom had Covid, she had to go to the hospital for something else after that after she was well, they never even asked her if she wanted a vaccine. Hell half the time I was there I didn’t have to wear a mask. This is an Arizona. There were no vaccine regulations, or requirements for her to be seen, and or have payments made for her bill.
I see doctors on a regular basis as well, I’m not vaccinated, and I am on Medicare. So can you please elaborate on what you’re trying to say. Because I’m trying to find out information about Medicare and what their plans are. Could you be more specific. Thank you
They are talking about providers who get reimbursement for Medicare/Medicaid..not patients (yet). Essentially anyone who works at a entity who gets reimbursed by CMS has to vaccinate their employees. Some are fighting back, some are giving in. It’ll probably be enforced in a few years if it gets that far which I doubt. Most providers with more than 100 employees are big hospital chains who comply with CMS conditions of participation agreement.
Medicare/Medicaid have not written any regs about withdrawing payments for treatments of non-vaxxed. Hospitals and other health care systems are concerned this will be Byden's plan but, in fact, he maybe using OSHA as the punisher for failure to obtain 100% vaxxed sraff by issuing substantial FINES! Up to $700,000 per violation.
Thank you for the information
There's a pending CMS ruling (this month) that will require all healthcare workers employed by healthcare entities participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. So if a hospital isn't mandating vaccines for their staff, soon CMS may. It's an expansion of what's already required by nursing home workers.
Who is CMS
Part of HHS. It's Medicare
Oh. Ok thanks
