If it were available, they would be forced to stop using existing stocks of all EUA product, as the EUAs would be voided. EUA requires no approved and AVAILABLE alternative.

It's never going to be available, since by the time it completes tests in 2024 the virus will have long since completely escaped the vaccine induced antibodies, it will be literally 0 % effective or negative effectiveness, probably before spring 22
