I have been saying this for weeks. Cominarty is NOT approved in the US and it will not be available until 2024. And, the safety testing will not be completed until 2023.

The main source is in page 2, footnote 8 of the Pfizer EUA letter. It states the EUA vax and Cominarty are functionally interchangeable but legally distinct.

Also, they admit that Cominarty is unavailable in the same letter.
