You will get denied.
I recently met with a lawyer who specifically said not to submit a medical AND religious exemption.
ONLY SUBMIT A RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION
Anyone who tells you differently is completely uninformed.
Religion is considered a “protected class” under the civil rights act. Medical stuff is not.
So what you need to do is write a religious exemption in your own words—one that is SINCERE.
Employers can reject your letter if they discover you copy&pasted from a template.

Please head this warning. My mother in law was rejected because she submitted a medical exemption before her religious exemption. She was fired.
I'm not a lawyer, this isn't advice.
I don't think my employers have a right to ask about my private business, including my health situation. I have set no precedent of sharing private health information with them. If they decide to mandate any medical treatment, and/or require proof of medical treatment, I will inform/remind them that my private medical information is private, and none of their business.
I don't think this will go over well with them, should the situation arise. They can either give me a waiver themselves, or fire me.
Exactly. This is why people need to flat out REFUSE to tell them anything about "vax status." Your employer CANNOT ASK ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY, so why would you voluntarily provide them with that info?
They cannot ask if you have cancer, are pregnant, have Multiple Sclerosis, etc.
DO NOT TELL THEM ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. Tell them they will have to contact your doctor for that information.
They can and will still fire you, but they will fire you anyway over literally anything. Do you want to work for an employer like this? Because mandating a vax for an employee is 1 step away from mandating sterilization, or abortions, or the number of kids you can have.
