Well I have a propane furnace and I have been getting propane for 5 years and I can safely tell you that I've never had propane for 63 cents a gallon as stated in the article.
We pay about a $1.35 a gallon. You can actually contract into have that price for the whole winter in the event prices are fluctuating a lot. Also people under certain income levels can get fuel assistance and you end up only paying a portion of your fuel bill.
I don't know maybe propane was 63 since a gallon in the 80s but i have never seen it lower than a dollar 35..edited to add that I live in a state where it gets very cold in winter -30F actual temp is not uncommon.
All according to plan. All life essentials will cost us dearly or become nonexistent. They have endless schemes in the works to meet their depopulation goals.
I anticipated this. That's why I have 5x the amount of firewood than I did last year.
