I like my job and company but we work with the government so it made its way here. I can easily find another job but I will exhaust my options to stay first.

Focus on religion, not personal beliefs, politics, disputed facts etc. Just pure religious reasons. Main topics to include: altering how God created you, sincerely held religious beliefs prevent you from injecting yourself with 'unclean' material as you wont be fit to host the holy spirit etc....stay on topic!
