I like my job and company but we work with the government so it made its way here. I can easily find another job but I will exhaust my options to stay first.

Don't forget that the Bible forbids 'transhumanism' as well, which is what all the shots do, whether they rely on mRNA or a DNA viral vector. They all change the RNA of cells, which is essentially transhumanism. The Bible says that man cannot create new species, therefore this religious exemption is perfectly valid.
