The difference is: You can steal a close election, you just cannot steal a landslide. The voters in that election will prevail, they just needed time to organize against such a perverted event.

Fun fact. Terry is Christa McAuliffe’s cousin. (The one that “died” during the Challenger mission) Interestingly Richard Scobee (son of the same name who was also on Challenger) is a Lt. General in the Space Force.
