So basically, there are no grounds for denial of a religious exemption. As if you even need to request one in the first place. First Amendment rulz.
This is so frustrating. Religious exemption is not required to assert BODILY AUTONOMY. Of course they won this case. The case that needs to be made is the one we all innately know and fail to assert - that natural law, not man made law, dictates our freedom to life (which includes the freedom from being subjected to a potentially deadly medical experiment), liberty (which includes the freedom from being subjected to a potentially deadly medical experiment) and the pursuit of happiness (which most certainly includes the freedom from being subjected to a potentially deadly medical experiment).
Case closed.
