If you can afford the legal challenge I say go for it. I think that may be the only way to stop this BS. Although supposedly OSHA/DOL haven’t released any guidelines or provided a date for employers to comply by and Joes “executive order” hasn’t appeared in the federal register. Why you may ask? Because as soon as it does a bunch of State AGs have lawsuits loaded to be fired off challenging it. They can’t challenge something that doesn’t exists though. as it appears now joe just had a press release and employers ran with it. Kind of smart because it opens the employers up to lawsuits instead of his admin
