It is happening on Monday Oct 18 in the public schools in Jefferson County WA. too. Class volunteers including parents who are unvaxed not allowed into school buildings. Lawsuits are waiting in the wings.
my kids went to private schools, and I always got the impression they could do whatever they wanted...it was the price we paid for having great academics/sports, they had strict rules/expectations. I think you're a customer at private schools and they have the right to refuse service, but I could be wrong. they might listen if you say you're removing your child/not paying tuition anymore.
You said it yourself though, they are providing a service and if that service is determined to be sub par, they should expect to feel the burn when their customers say "we're not satisfied, we're leaving".
Check this outrage, a child is newly diagnosed with leukemia, parents want to take him/her to St. Jude, mom is pregnant and due soon, parents MUST be jabbed to be with their less than 5yo child in the hospital while receiving treatment. This is outrageous and at that point, what do you do? Your child will die w/o treatment. This makes me so angry I could spit nails.🤬
everybody pulling out and not paying tuition would get their attention pretty darn quick
This. You have this wonderful opportunity that is denied to those in public schools.

Well we don't know what school so Idk if they've been sued or not. Maybe check with other parents to see how they feel.
