yes, this is technically an outbreak according to province standards. but if they actually reported that as being an 'outbreak., I would call the story another case of fake news.
Well if this is the standard that applies to other businesses then its not really fake news. Maybe the province should stop considering 2 cases as an outbreak at all. I mean if this were another place of work (especially if a portion of their employees were not vaccinated) CBC would be all over it and reporting it accross Canada. Even though the Standards are ridiculous they need to abide by them the same as is expected for everyone else.
