This has been planned for many, many decades, perhaps much longer still.. Agenda 21 was implemented in 1992, but the depopulation agenda goes well beyond that. Add some genetic modification, nanotech and hydras to the mix, and here we are. I was part of an informal group researching Agenda 21/2030 goals years ago, "sustainable" and "smart" cities. A lot have been memoryholed, but there was one prolific researcher Rosa Koire (passed in May) which goes back many years and should lead you to other older discussions about this "green" agenda of new slavery.
Rosa Koire was a great woman. She helped wake a lot of people.
Happy to hear that you're aware of her work. She should be much more heavily featured on GAW.
I was fortunate to have been pointed to her some years ago. At that time, she was a "democrat" who was standing up for a very ugly and well-hidden truth.
