I had a lawyer write my religious exemption. The gist is I'm pro life Christian who believes that life begins at conception and I'm anti abortion. All of the vaccines used stem cell lines from aborted fetus. They accepted my exemption and I think having a lawyer do it helped. It put a little fear in them that I would sue. Good luck!
