It says here that he worked on the second Crow film, not the first one with Brandon Lee. A search of the IMDB page doesn't show Dave Halls on the first film either so no connection to Brandon Lee.

Misquote perhaps on to which movie..or they started scenes for the next one before the first was done.....need more info on both productions...
