Okay, so imagine this. You're in a train station, and a terrorist has hijacked an incoming train. Every car on the train is packed with full with explosives, and there are hostages in the first car, just before the engine. The SWAT team is sent out to disarm the train. They sneak onto the last car, and cut it loose, then go up to the car after that, and cut that loose.

They have to be quiet, because if the terrorist at the front of the train realizes what's happening, he'll press a button which instantly kills some hostages kept in the first car before the engine. They can't communicate their moves to the station. either, or else the terrorist will find out. Once they've stealthily disconnected all the cars, they just let the engine crash into the concrete wall at the end of the station. Once the terrorist in the front of the train realizes he's had the rest of the train disconnected in back of him, and his explosive cars and all his hostages are gone, its already too late.

The station is a little damaged, but in the end all the explosive wires were cut, all the hostages saved, and the only casualty is the guy driving the train. Everyone in the station is probably quite rattled, but in the end people pick themselves up and dust themselves off and have a crazy story to tell for the rest of their life.
