Doesn't this tax also apply to EV's? It's a per mile tax, so it's a tax on your movement, not on gas, right?

Yes you pay the fuel taxes and the mileage tax.im sure they will come up with a charging tax for ev soon as well.bonus they wont let you register pre obd2 so no more cool old cars
