Obviously can't post this on the CFS or nootropics subreddits because ivermectin is censored there so I decided to post here. Has anyone who suffers from brainfog, chronic fatigue syndrome, or just general lack of cognitive utilization benefited from taking Ivermectin, regardless of covid/flu status?
Also, if you have solved your brainfog/CFS through other means, I would love to hear your methods. Modern medicine has failed me.
Also, has it helped anyone with OCD (Pure-O variant) and/or intrusive thoughts?
Thanks.
I haven't and won't take the jab. I will tell you this... after weeks of research, about a month ago, I started the following daily regimen of my own supplement protocol to ward off the affect of spike protein shedding since I'm surrounded by morons at work who gladly took the jab(s).
NAC, Quercetin with Bromelain, Monolaurin, Zinc, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, L-Lysine
I have never felt better....much more alert with a complete elimination of brain fog. It feels like a veil has been lifted. There was a 2-day period a few weeks ago where I felt something like early flu-like symptoms, so I took a couple of shots of horse paste for a few days and the symptoms disappeared. It feels like these supplements are a collective vehicle to haul a lot of toxins and crap out of my system.
I'm adding one more thing...ordered some Chaga mushroom powder and will be sipping a few cups of that each day.
You need to add magnesium to your regimen. Black seed oil capsules ideally as well.
Excellent advice, fren! Turns out I actually do already take Magnesium as part of my other daily supplements.
