My husband is being terminated tomorrow due to him not taking the clot shot. He will be having a telephone exit interview with his HR department which is based in Boston we live in Colorado. We wanna make sure that he doesn’t say/sign anything that would somehow jeopardize his right to sue for unlawful termination down the road as he has put in both a medical and religious exemption but the company has turned them both down.We know that they will also be asking for him to sign certain forms tomorrow so we’re just trying to cover our asses so if anyone has any resources, websites, phone numbers of anyone we can call to find out what he should and shouldn’t sign or say we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much. You people here are Lifesavers 🙏 May God keep you all safe end that you are never put in this situation!🇺🇸 FJB🇺🇸‼️

He is not obligated to sign anything. I would not sign anything. They are terminating him. Why would he have to sign a document to be terminated? No good reason!
Because of top security clearance
Hmm. Just read everything & have a lawyer look it over if you have any questions. It's most likely routine and nothing to worry about. Luckily Colorado has a lot of good jobs open.
Unfortunately not in my husband’s specialty. DoD!
Colorado has tons of federal jobs/contracts, although you may run across the same issue.
Regardless Colorado is hurting for workers right now - he could get a good job in a few weeks.
