This works, I did it. I went the Ivermectin route coupled with their non-rx supplement recommendations. Liposomal vitamin C is a must…you can take a lot of it w/out being stuck on the toilet like normal high doses of vitamin C would do…had both and experienced a huge positive difference with Liposomal.
Treatment Plan - Keep a copy for your visit This handout is being provided to you after being diagnosed with COVID-19. We believe these early intervention strategies provide the greatest chances for preventing hospitalization or progression of illness. Use this during visit with provider to document your specific recommendations.
NON-RX OPTIONS: IN ORDER OF MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT Continue supplements for 2 weeks after the last symptom resolves. • Vitamin C 2,000 mg every 2 hours while awake (back off if bowels become loose) Decrease once well. Can also take 4,000mg every 4 hr. Powdered form is easiest. Sufficient C can be found at our office or on Amazon. This is to boost immune system and decrease inflammation.
Vitamin D3 50,000 IU daily for 3 days then weekly for 1 month. (Studies have shown that those with higher vitamin D3 levels had better outcomes) If you know that your vitamin D3 levels are 60-80, then continue current protocol. If not, then stop regular regimen and start this for 1 month.
Aspirin 325 mg once a day for l month. (This is to reduce risk of blood clots. If already on x blood thinner, this is not needed.
Zinc 30mg-50mg twice a day for a week then daily. (30mg for women, 50mg for men. Take with food)
Liposomal glutathione 750 mg orally daily OR NAC 600mg daily. (antioxidants to reduce inflammation)
Quercetin 500mg twice a day. (Anti-inflammatory)
Melatonin - dose to tolerance, start with 1 -5 mg and increase as tolerated (goal of 10mg) take at bedtime. (Anti-inflammatory and to help with sleep.
RX OPTONS: *insurance will not cover most of these. We recommend using GOOD RX Coupons which will cut the cost significantly. (lvermectin will likely have to be compounded at PD Labs, Bay Pharmacy or Farmikeo. Overnight shipping is available. Insurance does not cover compounded medication.)
• Budesonide lmg/2ml 1 ampule twice a day in nebulizer (Increase to every 2-4 hours for increased shortness of breath or 02 sat <94%) This is to help decrease inflammation in the lungs and to prevent massive inflammatory response. May help with cough but that is not the purpose. Can slightly raise blood sugars in diabetics but not as much as oral steroids. RINSE MOUTH OUT AFTER EACH TREATMENT TO AVOID THRUSH. •RX: nebulizerwithattachments • Hydroxychloroquine 200 mg twice a day for 10 days with zinc 50 mg twice a day. Take with food. (This is to stop viral replication and reduce inflammation. OR • Azithromycin ("Z-pack") take as packaged OR • Doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 7 days • Prednisone 10 mg take as directed on label. IVOPTIONS:MAH 0zone, Vit C, Glutathione, QuickVite (Call office for appointment). COMMON SENSE REMINDERS: Isolate yourself from others fora minimum of 10 days from onset of illness (the last 3 days need to symptom-free) Hydrate, eat healthy, get adequate rest Please contact the office if you have any questions or concerns • Ivermectin 18mg daily for 10 days then once a week x 4 weeks if less than <110 pounds adult use 15mg.
