With that I could buy the land I'd need to start my own campground and expand my farm.... but, I'm a taxpayer...so...

Do I understand correctly this is reparation for families kept apart while entering illegally?

Well those waiting in line for LEGAL immigration are also separated from their family. I know people applying for legal immigration while parts of their family have already been granted and are living here.

You cant fix stupid.....or Alzheimers.
