Center for Medicare Services or CMS's vaxx mandate hits before OSHA..12/5 for any Medicare provider of services like hospitals, physicians, clinic, therapy centers, etc. And CMS regs do not provide a testinh option!!!! Our health care system will be destroyed and all of our HEROES fired if someone doesn't file lawsuit against CMS too!
