I think I heard something about some sort of wheat grass, but can't remember exactly what.

Suggestions?

i know it has everything you need within it to fight covid.... most important for the vax is fennal seeds or star anise .... also stay away from omega 6 oils.

even how to extract your own medicine with an expresso machine but substituting the fennal or anise
