Here is my take on this. The documents will be released. These are the documents outlining the COG and PEADs (basically the Devolution). When Jan 6th commission airs the details on live TV trying to smear devolution as insurrection, the arrests will also happen at the same time, while the Jan 6th commission makes surprise pikachu face.
Double duty on the outcome: Major trolling opportunity and they just opened all the necessary doors to go after BHO. They hurt themselves in their confusion. It's super effective!
