This is almost certainly paid shill work. The basic idea is to be aggressively ignorant and maybe rude as a way to bait helpful people into a discussion that the shill will ensure is as mentally exhausting, infuriating, and inevitably fruitless as possible.
The idea behind the strategy is that you can prevent the growth of a community by targeting the 'naturally helpful' people you hope to make the community less hospitable and so joining becomes less desirable.
This is boring and tedious, since the shills goal is to waste your time and mental energy on him instead of a genuine community member, so to do any real harm with this method requires many shills over a long period of time. Hardly something anyone does for fun.
I think they "let me run rampant" because an argument about whether or not Alec Baldwin appears in Hunt for Red October was not seen as a very serious matter.
But after Graceunderfire cried, they did ban me, and I gratefully and graciously accept their judgement.

No doubt! GreatAwakening is literally the point of the spear for anon research. This is a highly monitored site that is considered HIGHLY sensitive in federal circles. The important thing is that we are still reaching new people and continuing to decode comms and keep the lights lit for those who are looking to follow the way.

As for me? I just had to do the social science experiment and find out how long someone would not be able to see that it was a clear joke that I knew Sean Connery was in HfRO but not Alec Baldwin. Grace couldn't tolerate someone disagreeing with her movie trivia fact? Wow. This is a fragile lady.
