Drop your video there by dragging the icon to the box. It will then give you a link to copy. Paste the link where you want it to go, ie on the message board, in an email, etc.
Make sure it's an MP4 video and not the Apple ".MOV" format, otherwise browsers might not play it. You can use an app such as VideoMonkey to convert it if necessary.
