Not sure if you are still looking for legal advice. Found you from your other post, thanks for the quick laugh. Anyway, I hear Liberty Counsel at https://lc.org is top notch. This was recommended by Dr. Peter McCullough on a couple of his podcast episodes. I told my neighbor about it, and he was able to get an exemption. Not sure if it was directly tied to the information on the website, but he did thank me saying that it was a great resource. Good luck.
