Covid Passports or proof of jabs plus negative PCR etc for all countries whether you fly in or arrive by road( for all Europeans) except for one class of people.

Diplomats

Diplomats have an exemption from having to show this bullshit.

Diplomats do not therefore have to be vaxxed.

So who are Diplomats. A wide ranging if group of people we refer to as the elite.

Royalty and ambassadors but also anyone attached to an embassy. Then there are the ministers of state who are classed as diplomats.

There is also another group of people who can also fall into this category- Selected Celebrities.

Under a United Nations scheme of creating “ Goodwill Ambassadors” celebrities are given a title such as UNICEF goodwill ambassador for children.

Roger Moore was one for years so too are the Beckhams.

My guess is that this title gives them a special exemption from standard procedures and upgrades them to diplomat.
