I could care less if my employees are unvaccinated, I could also careless if they smoke pot or drink just not on the job, I have no drug policy or testing in place, my belief is it is violation of privacy.
Many people go everyday to work drunk or drink on the job and as I said not on the job, I catch them smoking pot or drinking on the job instant termination.
I also feel violated by this company, pretty much pressured by the owner asked about the vaccine constantly and had to reveal my status or be rude about it. Now everyone knows my status.
