Hearing now that the prosecution will blame defense for downloading the preview instead of the full version and that their own tech ignorance is why their copy was low res.
They made a ton of mistakes, too many to actually be simple mistakes, they were not acting in good faith and the judge said as much. They lied about jumpkick man, they lied about the other witness they are deliberately holding back, they stepped on 2 witnesses constitutional privilages, they brought up in front of the jury topics they were told were not allowed in front of the jury, they repeatedly attempted to mislead the jury, etc.
Oh and let's not forget Binger actually pointed a gun with finger on trigger at the jury. The guy is a psycho.
