It is the subscription model.

Disney+ or ++ or whatever. Every business wants you on the subscription model where you pay every month.

Just because you don't pay for the vaccine doesn't mean that you are not paying for the vaccine. Whether you are paying for it by higher health insurance or less pay, or with higher taxes, you are always paying.
