"WAKE-UP PEOPLE" this goes on all day , "EVERY DAY" , Southern California, and all across America. Just look "UP". Every US citizen should make a point to "WATCH THE WATER" - IE - water vapor in the skies every day - and get really pissed about it. Nobody says anything , or does anything. These shit bags just get away with murder , day in and day out. Look at a "Past Weather Almanac" and see for yourself that November is usually clear blue skies in So Cal.
