Edit: graphed it and included everything after 1st shot as "vaccinated". The values are nearly identical to each other after week 16. I did not get the same values shown in the graphic on this post.

Ah, can't post my data neatly here!
You have to normalize by population. I did a quick cumulative statistic to check if it's anywhere in the ballpark, and got very close to a 2:1 rate.
If you add in early treatment and clot shot side effects you will definitely increase this factor quite substantially as well.
