Buy bleach at 99 cent store. Mix in 50 percent water and spray on walls. If govt wont remove mold, marines need to take initiative and save themselves from it.

I have seen structures demolished for less mold incursion than what I am seeing in these videos....
If they are stuck there they can contain it with whatever they have by covering wall with plastic and glue, tape, paint. Varnish. Wood panel. They will have to get creative. It's not perfect but it's better than flat out exposure.
Paint seals it in. It's better than not dealing it if forced to stay there. Frankly if it's real dangerous they might be safer pitching a tent elsewhere.

The mold spores are airborne, that is what makes black mold dangerous, it gets into the lungs and that is a prescription for Bleeding Lung Syndrome...
