The PLA and its Institute of Biotechnology have been using the US patent system without lifting eyebrows, for making Ebola vaccines!

The filing has all you can expect: the sequence coding for Ebola envelope protein, the HEK293 aborted fetus cell line, and the financing of the NIH totaling $1,374,355 to Wei Chen.
