My family hates me as it is. Requesting a meme ( pepe). If possible. I tried tell him about Dr.Z. He mocked me. Ok, I can take it. Now, he's on immuno therapy last resort. Maybe I'm just mad! But he's been jabbed and keeps telling me to get it! These people are Stupid! Family or Not!

How about the one of the guy talking to the NPC in a mask with horrid rash going on and caption is: "That means it's working!" Can't find it atm though.
