Other than the 4 times I had kids at the hospital I'm the same for my medical history but going forward is when I think it will be important to do this.
National Immunization Strategy: Objectives 2016 β 2021
Immunization: A shared responsibility
In Canada, immunization is a shared responsibility among the federal, provincial, and territorial (F/P/T) governments. The National Immunization Strategy (NIS), established in 2003 by F/P/T Deputy Ministers of Health, provides a framework for effective inter-jurisdictional collaboration that improves the relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of immunization programing across Canada.
I came across this and it's strange how the dates go to 2020 and the people involved
The Global Vaccine Action Plan (GVAP) β endorsed by the 194 Member States of the World Health Assembly in May 2012 β is a framework to prevent millions of deaths by 2020 through more equitable access to existing vaccines for people in all communities.
GVAP was the product of the DoV Collaboration, an unprecedented effort that brought together development, health and immunization experts and stakeholders. The leadership of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI Alliance, UNICEF, United States National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases and WHO, along with all partners β governments and elected officials, health professionals, academia, manufacturers, global agencies, development partners, civil society, media and the private sector β are committed to achieving the ambitious goals of the GVAP. Many more are expected to add their support in the future as the plan is translated and implemented at the country and regional levels.

I was looking around and came across some interesting stuff included in this government web page
https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/corporate/mandate/about-agency/access-information-privacy/privacy.html
Scrolling that page I found Quarantine Program (December 2016)
National Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) Surveillance System (HASS) (April 2016)
Centre for Biosecurity: Administration of the Human Pathogens and Toxins Act and Regulations Privacy Impact Assessment (March 2017)
I Get webpage unavailable when I click on https://www.healthinfoprivacybc.ca Maybe they blocked this already in BC
Seems like the site is down, not blocked...

Look at this link, similar in some respects. You can go into a pharmacy and add a lock password to your file.
Great thanks for sharing this. Greatly appreciated
